1. Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- Custom-made or printed items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
- Email info@vsgpackaging.com with your order number and issue details.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization.
- Once approved, return the product in its original packaging and condition.
3. Refunds
- After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
